Hair Issues!

Soooo I had quite the hair issues last week.
I had an appointment to get my hair done and decided it was
summer and I didn't like the dark panel of color that I had underneath my blonde.

I started out like this:
My colorist is the best ever but didn't expect my hair to turn orange.
And let metell you it was 10x more orange than the picture depicts.
Think FLORIDA GATORS.
While I do love the dear gators football team
I do not wish to support their team color everyday.
Especially not during football season :)

So I ended up with this:
My colorist wanted me to wait a few days to color it again
becausemy hair is SUPER dry and is already damaged
from excessive coloring.
So I waited 4 days.
But insisted it be blonde by my graduation celebration.

And it was :)
She is so amazing and managed to fix my hair perfectly :)
But I did have a minor freak out when it was orange for a few days.

Have you ever had any hair disasters?

Have a great day!

Lookin' gorgeous now! Did she say why it turned orange? At least you were able to get it fixed.

Once, I got my hair cut and the hair dresser told me to stand up and she just cut my hair straight along the back (no layers, nothing). Let's just say I cried and had very, very uneven hair for a few days.

Oh gosh! I know the feeling. But I had soft black hair and went blonde. The black stripped out fine, but i went through 4-5 bleach sessions and the mid length just wouldn't lift. It was like a strawberry blonde. Not what I wanted. So by this time my hair was fried! So now im brunette again. Im actually thinking about going to a soft black again. I think it compliments my eyes :) The blonde looks amazing on you, and your stylist did a great job!

I've never dyed my hair so I'm always scared of getting highlights and disaster happening! Your color is very pretty!

Oh yeah, i played around with hair color so much, my mom literally thought it was going to fall off, i did the bleach blond thing (which i can't pull off i am way to tan for that) and went back to my natural hair color it's still growing out so i have bits of blonde here and there. Your hair looks amazing though, love your dress too=)

I've never colored my hair so I've never had any issues like this but will have to remember this should my hair ever get darker!

Your hair looks absolutely fabulous now! The perfect shade of blonde! Loving your dress as well :)

Your hair looks great now -- I like it all blonde!

I got a darker glaze on my hair about a week before our wedding (one month ago today!) and I almost left the salon crying. It was more than the one-shade-darker they promised, and I even thought it had too many mahogany tones. Luckily it ended up settling down after a few showers and looked perfect for our wedding!

Oohh, gosh. I cannot even imagine coming out of any salon with orange hair. Sounds like you handled it with grace and have clearly used it to make such a great post. Happy to see your hair back to such a wonderful color.
