Before I had even taken my NCLEX exam I recevied
this in the mail.. Nothing like a little motivation right?
Let me just say that before I walked in to
take my NCLEX I was probably
the most nervous I have ever been in my entire life..
and of course KP always makes things better..
He says "Dont worry babes- it's not like your entire
future is riding on this test" And ohh wait.. yes it is.
So I went home afterwards feeling absolutely
awful. Wanting nothing more to go out
and get drunk.. And I did just that.
KP had the bartender at our favorite
sushi place make me some purple concoction
I've never heard of nor did I know what
was in it.. but at that point I didn't care.
logged into the site where I knew my results would
be posted that morning.. and saw..
I PASSED!
Whewww. What a relief!
Then a few days later I found my license in the mail..
It felt so good to see this.. I'm going to go out
and find it the prettiest pink frame I can find! :)
I am an RN! After 4 1/2 years of hard work I finally an seeing
the results! I applied for a few positions and I am
waiting to hear back.. I'll let you guys know how it goes!

Congratulations!!! I'm soooo glad that stress has been lifted off your shoulders.
Congratulations! My fiance is a nursing major (with about a year and a half left), so I feel like we'll be in your shoes in a little while!

YAY! Congratulations!
I just have a question, out of curiosity, I noticed that your certificate expires in 2013. What do you have to do to re-new it or maintain it? I'm wondering because I'm a teacher and have to take a whole bunch of courses to renew mine, so I of course I'm curious about other professions! LOL
I am so proud of you and your accomplishment! You are going to be an amazing nurse. I know that you will make every patient you have feel special. The profession of nursing is lucky to have such a genuine and kind hearted person. I know God has great things planned for your future. Congrats on officially becoming a registered nurse. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful bestie. <3 Love you
Congratulations again!! best of luck on the job hunt!
