Shellac!

Has anyone tried Shellac yet? I've been doing it for about six months now and I was obviously addicted after the first time. A 14 day chip, scratch, smudge & peel free manicure... What more could a girl want? The colors were a little lacking at first as they only had about 5 or so. Now they have an awesome selection and I love trying the new colors because they are all fabulous. At the nail salon I go to the Shellac manicure is 20$ on top of a regular manicure which is $10.. So for $30 you can have perfect nails for two plus weeks. I definitely recommend it!

the princess daisy.

Daisy is my shih-tzu/poodle, she is two years old and is such a little princess. She will respond to "daiser", "fish" (don't ask why), "lady", "daisy dukes" and just about any form of her name. She loves eating and could probably eat all day long, some of her favorites are lunch meat, steak bones, and cheez-its. She enjoys traveling and loves a good car ride, she also enjoys baseball games and is one of best sleeping buddies around :).

The first picture I got of her from the breeder.

Daisy's first haircut.

Riding in the car to go see [KP] of course with a pink bow :)

Daisy loves her bones.
One of our family pictures, last easter.

Daisy also enjoys fishing but not without her pink life vest!

Santa brought Daisy a new candy cane bone this Christmas.

Another family picture at my parent's cabin in TN during Thanksgiving.

Daisy loves relaxing at the cabin.

Well that's Daisy. I hope you enjoyed the pictures. xoxo.

New to the blogging world!

So this is my first blog and I am trying to get the hang of all the features and how to use everything. Let me start by introducing myself.. [KR] I'm a twenty-something nursing student who will graduate college in august with my BSN. I am so excited that God lead me into the nursing field.. I feel like it is exactly where I am supposed to be! I am just finishing up my OB/pediatrics rotation this semester and I love it! I also have a wonderful man in my life [KP] and we will have been dating 7 years this june. He is a college student also and he will be graduating this may. I am highly anticipating his graduation because for the past 4 years he has been going to school 2 1/2 hours away from home during the fall and spring. I cannot wait for him to move back home so that I no longer have to wait weeks at a time to see him. Life is so great right now and after following many blogs for a few months I have decided that I am ready to start my own, so here it goes!
