Because of the whole you know.. getting engaged
on my birthday! I totally forgot to blog about the wonderful
gifts I was given that day. As many of you know from
this post [KP] and I went out fishing my birthday morning,
got engaged, then had lunch at our favorite BBQ place, and then
went to a big dinner afterwards.
I opened some gifts that afternoon and evening from family and friends.

I absolutely love those shoes, but I have to agree with Tallahassee Belle, that ring is THE best present ever. It's the gift that keeps on giving year after year.

CONGRATULATIONS on the Engagement :) Your ring is gorgeous and I totally remember not being able to quit staring at my ring finger after I was engaged! Does your ring finger feel normal yet? Mine felt so strange for the longest time once I had my ring on it!
